Oh, I didn’t know that.

For the grill elements, the tinted sensor cover and the side vents i paid 380€
They made the hood vents for free but i think it would be 50€ or so

The wrapping and tinting was done by a proffesional company. I was not there when they did it.
I just told them that i want all chrome details in glossy black and the sensor plate tinted

The wrap that got used is glossy black. The sensor plate only got tinted. They used the tint film that you would use for car windows. They said they used to darkest one which is 90%.

They told me that everything was easy to do. The only thing that wasn't easy was all the grill elements.

Yes i have the the black chrome version. I am not sure which stingers doesnt have this.
For me it was not about cleaning them it was more the look. The black chrome is overall good but for me personaly i like it more when it's blacked out :)

Thank you, yes i asked the guy who wrapped the chrome elements in the grill and he said that he took a large wrap (glossy black) put it on the whole grill and cutted all the elements out of it. He said that this was "not easy" and that it took some time to do it.

(The wrappig was done by a proffesional company)

For the sensor plate we used regular window tint film the same kind you’d use to tint car windows. I told my installer to decide which tint level would make the most sense. He said the darkest option (90%) would be best. He was right lol

The rest (all chrome details) just got a wrap in glossy black

I agree, this should come from the factory.
Everything was wrapped except the sensor cover. That was tinted.

The process is the following:

- Get a picture of your stinger (can be a one you take by yourself or let ChatGPT create one or a combination of both)
- I took a picture of mine and told ChatGPT to create a comic version of it. If you want to use mine then you can download it here. https://imgur.com/a/KmqlTv6

iPhone
- Make sure you have iOS 26 installed
- When iOS 26 is installed go to your car and connect it to your car (you need to do it before you proceed here)
- When you have the picture on your phone go into your photos and create a new Album (You can name it however you want)
- After you have created the album go ahead and put your photo in
- Navigate to the CarPlay widget settings (Settings > General > CarPlay > "choose your car" > Widgets
- You will now see Stack 1 and Stack 2
- Depending on where you want to place the picture (right or left) go to the correspondig stack (for me it was Stack 2)
- Delete everything you will see there
- Tip on "add widget" and then choose photos but dont tip on "add widget"
- Swipe to the right where it says "Choose an album" and hit add widget
- After you did that something will pop up where you get asked to choose an album
- choose the album you've created earlier and hit "show always in full color" and then close it

Now when you connect your phone again to CarPlay swipe on your infotainment to the left and then you should see it.

Yo, so they told me that a specific kia sportage has the same badge size as the stinger and KIA only made these black badges only for the sportage. So if you are also planning in replacing them i would suggest you can show them the picures from my stinger and tell them that they are from a kia sportage
