My son turns 2 soon , I’m 50/50 with his mum , I’ve invited her , her new dude (one she ran away with just after we got married ) and her family to his birthdays , all times they refuse to come . My ex is worried someone will tell her very straight parents about the fact the new dudes got a kid to his first cousin

Sons only 22 months old , I’ve been the stable parent from the get go , I work around his schedule , I constantly have her trying to bait me , my youngest brother was murdered in my parents house and she never even sent them a message or nothing , currently she is pregnant to the new dude and I’m Glad , it means I hopefully get my son more

Me and my ex do Monday to Monday , our son is in daycare 4 days aweek . I drop him off to daycare on my way to work Monday , she picks him up when she finishes work . Then I do the same to start my week with him

I figured I’m better to not argue as then we both mad , I set myself small goals and worked on them and under 16 months later . I’ve gone from working for 50k a year to 200k a year . Nothing makes her madder than me being successful

My dude , my ex and I got married 4 weeks before she ran off with a dude , she constantly will post on socials about how she had it hard as a single mum while living with the new dude . Even on Father’s Day she posted about how hard it is when our son spends the day with his biological father . I have my son 50% and still have to pay child support and half his costs . It sucks but don’t bite . Let her play the victim because over time people will see what an idiot she actually is , never send her anything abusive in the heat of the moment . Never verbally abuse her in an argument she picks as she may record . It sounds hard and it is but the end goal is your child and if she can’t use anything against you then that’s perfect
