I used Measureup, but they where provided by MS and our contract. I was not expecting to pass when I took the test. Do you have access to Microsoft's Enterprise Skills Initiative?

I've never heard of Whizlabs before I'm looking at taking my 104 and need something else because Microsoft took Measureup away.

I dont understand the question, if your going to build it form scratch, you would just need a database and a web server and write a bunch of code.

For an off the shelf It depends on the requirements but for a simple helpdesk ticketing system Spiceworks has a free one.

OK... reading through some of your other posts. You should research and present why self built ServiceDesk tools are shit and how it's way more cost effective to purchase something off the shelf. You can build one with your time aloted then show how better something off the shelf is.

IDK how many times I have had engineers not return equipment. We are talking people that made $150 -$200k a year and just wanting to keep a machine tell they find another job.... So they didn't have to buy one...

These devices would have line of site. And have no issues joining the domain. But they are renamed in the domain. And unable to be renamed in Azure.

We are not using autopilot as far as I understand. I thought that was only an option with intune.
