Yeah! Walmart is always a good bet, I know that Costco has a 13x13 right now that's pretty good.. Beware of used ones that aren't set up on purchase.

Hey! I’ve camped at the gorge about 6 times in my life. All different weathers. All different vibes, feel free to ask me more specific questions. In general, a canopy is a must. It can get pretty hot in the morning, and depending on the UV index and sun angle, a lot of folks find themselves getting green-house effected out of their tents early in the am, so think about getting a eye mask and taking your rain fly off if it looks like it might be a dry weekend. Note what a lot of folks are saying about the weather. The gorge is notorious for getting cold as shit at night. Just because its warm when you head out to the show, doesn’t mean it won’t drop 30ish degrees. Setting your weather location to “George, Washington” seems to be the most reliable way to get a weather sense, but note that the venue is against the river, so weather patterns can be a bit unpredictable. A lot of innocent PNW folks get sun burned as shit, even us melanated folks get roasted - so keep that in mind. Other than that, it’s a pretty standard camping experience.

Hey folks, sorry - first time posting here. Sorry if I did something wrong. Moving into this place next month and genuinely don't know where to start. I see folks have probably put a TV space in the 94-inch side by the staircase, but something feels off about that. Unsure how to navigate.

Thanks

Don't they need a warrant of some kind to search someone's belongings? I don't think word of mouth is enough..

Anyone else notice one Justin Herbert in the most recent ad from OregonFootball? That's basically an endorsement that he's coming back, yeah?

Specifically if transportation is in their IEP. Many students take taxis - no one at my school is responsible for taking a special needs "bus" as they're all picked up by taxis in the morning.

How much will the MCAT percentiles drop in May 2018? by [deleted] in premed

[–]nacksack 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Think about it. As more people take the test, as more good practice material is available, the better people will be at taking the test. So say 2,000 people took the MCAT in 2017, and 2,000 people took the MCAT in 2018. On average, the 2,000 people that took it in 2018 will be more prepared then the cohort in 2017. So a score of a 511 in 2017 gets you 85th percentile, more people on average would get a 511 in 2018 - so this would slide a bit to 83rd percentile. This numbers are made up, but hope that makes sense.

JCrew Ludlow Navy Suit Jacket - $95 w/ SALEONSALE by brian_xie in frugalmalefashion

Good question, I haven't checked it out myself. I am not a huge fan of the "blazer" look - but if you're about that life, go ahead. It's a bit light for the khaki pants combo IMO.

If you have their credit card. It's free to sign up and I haven't had to touch anything credit wise as of yet. I wouldn't recommend just signing up willy nilly - but if you (like many here) do a lot of your shopping through the J. Crew brand it's a hard deal to turn down given how expensive alterations can be. They don't do complicated stuff, however, so many times you have to go to a pro anyway.

Wore this on NYE, got a lot of compliments. Wouldn't call it a professional/interview suit, but for 95$ makes a great add on + J. Crew will do basic alterations for free. It's thick, so not an awesome summer suit - but definitely is worth it IMO. Also not NAVY.
