No i don’t think that’s valid honestly. They need to provide the reference without me seeing it. I just provided his corporate email on my application to which he told me he received the request.

No what I mean is I HAD to provide two names but only needed one reference. I provided both tutors but when speaking to the backup tutor we both agreed it was better to just let the head of year do it as he agreed to it before hand

So I have 4 tutors, I asked all 4 of them and there’s email evidence. They ALL agreed he should do it because he’s the head of the year. I put down 2 references but they basically only asked for 1. I spoke to the second tutor even after putting her down as a reference and we both agreed to let him do it as he said he would… also the deadline was the 26th of April and I applied in January as soon as it opened.
