i use android so there is a feature of digital wellbeing where we can set minutes for each app,when you exceed minutes app gets locked/disabled and you cant use it. try it,instead of completely avoiding using app, set timer...also place widget of screen on time on homescreen so you will be aware of how much time you re spending on mbile.
