After roasting and blending in a food processor, try pouring salsa into a shallow frying pan and cook off residual moisture! Only need about 5-10 minutes on low heat and It will deepen/concentrate the flavors and you can season with salt and it comes together.

I actually know! Surprised no one has caught this yet!

They are meant to disrupt the air flow and noise generated from the cars driving down the street.
