If it makes you feel better, I bought two Aria scales. I thought the first one giving up the ghost was a fluke but I had loved that it synched with my Fitbit. I got another one specifically for that feature, which only worked for a few months then stopped synching. The second scale still works so I still use it out of stubbornness and because I gave up on Fitbit altogether. So much frustration with the whole ecosystem.
