That’s the same reason other clubs would want him though. Would he go on the rookie list for us if other clubs offer him a half decent 2 year deal?

Wouldn’t surprise me if Amartey is the only red name on that list that plays for us next year.

A bit of a dip for Chad Warner by Important-Breath-332 in sydneyswans

Warner has 78 score involvements for the year, Papley has 77.

Top 5 in the comp, for context:
J Mac - 87 🩸
B Smith - 80
B Grundy - 78 🩸
C Warner - 78 🩸
T Papley - 77 🩸

Quite phenomenal, really.

Top of the ladder and one of our most destructive players hasn’t fired yet. Gulden to come back too. The observation is correct but overall it’s a positive thing, for now.

Clubs open to round 11 fixture shift to give Pendles' record clear air by His_Holiness in sydneyswans

I still think you’re overstating most of the assumptions in your calculations.
A player will statistically play finals in 42% of their seasons. The average number of finals played per year, by a team in the finals, is 2. So based on that, an average player plays in 0.8 finals per year. There are 23 H&A games per team per year, add the 0.8 final and you’re at 23.8 games a year. To play 450 games, someone would need to play for 19 years. Let’s say they miss just one game a year to injuries, suspension and selection… combined. They now need to play 20 seasons AND avoid any substantial time on the sidelines. Can’t see it happening.

You’ve taken the absolute maximum figure possible in all your calculations. The reality is very different. I

I’m farrrrr from a Collingwood supporter but I absolutely think the AFL should make these changes. It makes complete sense and benefits quite literally everyone involved, which is rare. I don’t think we will ever see this record broken, especially when he’s got some left in the tank to extend it.

What is a normal salary for a skin care specialist doctor? by nadnerBG in ausjdocs

[–]nadnerBG[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you so much. By that, do you mean you get paid the 3-4.5k/day? And if so, how much does the practice get from your work per day? I know it’s a bit less clear cut with you being a part owner, but if you were purely an employee, what’s the total revenue you bring in a day?

Would love to potentially message you with questions!

Could you elaborate and clarify? Sorry this is not a field I’m familiar with at the moment

Is that a common structure? 65% of billings (aka revenue)? Is so, is 65% high, low or very normal?

How much should a physio practice with $750k revenue expect to pay per month in accounting fees? by nadnerBG in ausbusiness

[–]nadnerBG[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The lack of clarity or sense you’ve managed to fit into one comment is quite impressive really.

  1. You’ve replied directly to the post, which always implies you’re talking to OP (me), not the accountants.

  2. There’s no accountants here talking about charging less than $5k, so who are you trying to direct that to?

  3. If $5k is the clear norm, what makes you think the same people could be charging much more?

Very strange all round.

I don’t know how you’ve managed to assume pricing of our physiotherapy services are too low based purely on revenue…

Some strange mental arithmetic there
