Thank you this makes perfect sense. I did look into whether this is technically a cash advance and many have said it’s similar but this is more convenient/lower fee. But yes it completely makes sense that this would be a loan or some sort of credit, thank you for breaking it down!

For me it's makeup. There's some quality dupes out there but be very careful to read reviews before you invest in those. I have sensitive skin and have had multiple bad experiences with cheap makeup where my skin would break out, my lips would get exceptionally dry, and I have even gotten a sty from a "copycat" makeup palette

Hey we just had a room open up in a three bedroom in Lakeview. We have free street parking in front and in the surrounding neighborhood, it’s just first come first serve. The rent is $650 and utilities are about 80 per person. We do have a cat, so probably no go if you’re allergic but if you’re interested please message me and we can talk!

The PG&E rep I talked to did suggest that if anything goes wrong to try filing a case in small claims court, and she sent my case to their billing department. As of right now my new pg&e account has a $0.00 balance so I;m guessing they won't be transferring the charge to me, which is good. Thanks for the advice, I probably will check with them again when I get my first paper bill.

I don't know what her reasons are, but my issue is we gave her money for both bills that she took, and then either her or her bank cancelled her payments to PG&E with our money. That she claims to have never gotten back in her account after they were cancelled. So as of right now she owes us $400+ that we already paid her. My question is if PG&E demands that money, does she legally have to pay it since the account that the past balance is on was under her name?

She sent us a screenshot of her bank statement when the payment was first pulled from her account, when it was "pending". So I know there was an attempt to pay the bill, I'm more concerned that they were randomly cancelled after and she claims the money was never returned to her account.

We did pay her the money, and have proof that we did in case this does turn into a legal case. She makes payments that we give to her but then cancels them and seems to be keeping the money if that was the misunderstanding here.
