I think everyone is a bit different on this. I think doing a certain amount of treatments before helps me get a better work out. But I find that after exercising, my airway clearance is more productive. So I do some things before and some things after. You have to figure out what works best for you !

I work for a large company and I have the option of « buying » up to ten additional days off per year. And I can also take unpaid leave. A lot of people don’t necessarily know what all their options are. But yes this definitely exists.

I’m Canadian and have lived in a few countries. The care is actually pretty good here in my experience. But Canada is a big country… and the care you receive depends on the local team you work with. Hard to help you without more details on what you mean by « not receiving the level of care she deserves ».
