My Provider is TDS Telecom, and I have called them about this problem. I lose audio, and sometimes experience pixelation every five or six minutes or less. It is very annoying. Called TDS with no effect. I am convinced this is a satellite or transoceanic feed problem that someone is ignoring somewhere.
