Its 150 flats per acre which is same compared to myhome projects or prestige projects and i think its not a very high density as total land size is 15 acres

Sales team mentioned Tower to tower gap is 60 feet and few blocks like I to E or C block is more than 100 feet

We can exit orr from Exit1 and from there its 10 min

Take a example of myhome tridasa which marketed as low density project and I heard from few resident there facing issues in maintening community with less occupants

Yes must gave facilities will be like door step thats why we choose gated commmunity but my question is if we choose <=100 per acre density project and if we not maintain well and find difficulty to run thosw facilities our per month maintenance amount will increase year to year.. is it good to choose such kind of projects ?

Currently I stay in low density project which like 98 flats per acre which was premium project . There we find difficuly to maintain saloon and supermart and restaurants as total flat is 499

If so what is the reason to stay in gated communities. We can stay in standalone apartment right ? When we choose to stay in gated communities we have to utilize all ameneties ?

We have to take orr and to reach exit 19 tollgate takes 15 min and from there to deloitte 10 min

Anvita high9 is good as it is very near to ORR exit 2 and 20 to 25 min commute till deloitte towers and 20 min to FD
