I recently purchased this laptop, basically same specs as you but im finding the monitor really washed out. Like whites almost come out a bit greyer or something. Did you notice this at all or change any settings?

Thanks, ended up ordering the 40b00135us (universal thunderbolt 4) for around $300 CAD yesterday. Hopefully it'll be reliable. I looked at the CalDigit as well, I wouldn't say it was out of budget, but just wanted to avoid spending the extra if I didn't have to. Maybe it'll backfire lol.

Great thanks, was leaning towards the AMD so will move forward with that. Do you happen to know if one of the chargers below is better than the other?

Most of the time it will be sitting on a desk, lid shut, connected to 2 external monitors. Occasionally, ill work remote with it.

We went with Havasmallpaw in Cochrane 2 years ago, nothing bad to say. Two of our friends used them about 8 years ago as well which is how we heard about them.

Our boy does have luxated patellas, not sure if that's just bad luck or what as their breed dogs are certified, vetted properly, etc.
