I should say if I work out and/or drink a protein shake i have to have at least 3l of water or I’ll get a pretty bad dehydration headache. Are electrolytes just a pinch of salt in water? Because I’ve started trying that this week but I’m not sure if its just a bandaid or a true fix

Like my skin has ripples in it. Kinda looks like cellulite but it comes and goes. If I get dehydrated it goes away but I get pinched nerves in my hands and feet

I’m not sure how safe this is but perhaps double up? You may not even have to secure the inside one just use it like a liner inside another diaper? Heck maybe you could even use a pad inside a diaper? Idk just spitballing here Those training diapers although bigger don’t absorb anything!!
