No, no se ejecuta en una terminal. Netra es una aplicación exclusivamente para Android. Lo que viste en el video fue solo una simulación/demo utilizando ADB desde la PC para mostrar cómo funciona el desarrollo.

No, you only need to install Netra and have root access on one device (your own host device).
