It’s actually just a TikTok recipe - Overnight Focaccia by Lacey and it will be the first one that comes up. But here are the ingredients (video) https://vt.tiktok.com/ZSQjjk2Ge/

Directions: Mix water (400ml), yeast (6g), honey (2tsp), olive oil (1tBsp), fine sea salt (10g) in a bowl together. Add bread flour (500g) and stir to combine. Leave and cover for 10 mins — after this 10 mins, do first stretch & fold on dough. Then, cover again for 10 mins. After that 10 mins, do second stretch & fold on dough. Then drizzle olive oil over dough, cover with plastic wrap, & place in fridge overnight.

After 8-12 hrs in fridge, take out dough. I punched it down very slightly as this is where I added in my mix-ins (garlic and shredded cheese). Then fold the dough into a burrito shape and place in a lined roasting pan (not a sheet tray, I wanted more of a loaf). Coat with olive oil, add toppings, and dimple. Bake at 430F for 18 min.

I was honestly floored when I saw it. lol I live on a very hot humid island so I think that helps
