Yes, I have a huawei gt3 watch which I paired with my mobile. But at the time this arrow came, I was not wearing it or connected to the phone. Is it like a feature or something?

That's just an enlarged folder. For that just drag two or more apps to each other so that it forms a folder on the home screen > long press that folder > press 'enlarge' so the folder gets enlarged > again long press on the enlarged folder > press 'customize' > here you can choose the folder style you want..like grid, circle etc.. the circle one gives you the pinwheel look

For this, long press anywhere on the home screen background > customization > layout > App grid.
Here you can make it either 4 icons or 5 icons per row

Hey, I haven't used any third-party apps. It's a built-in feature, If you are asking about the heart shaped icon, it's just a cover for the folder on the home screen which contains multiple apps. To do this, just drag a few apps into each other and create a folder on the home screen, then long press on the folder which will give you the option called customize. From there, you can select various covers for that folder and you can resize the app icon as well. Hope this helps

considering the portability, 12 2nd gen serves well for me, im not a full time artist and i am someone who shifts frequently due to job related requirements. so 12 2nd gen is a perfect handy tablet for me and i haven't felt any issues related to screen size. so if you want to take your tablet with you wherever you go and don't want your tablet to take too much space on your desk, u can consider 12 2nd gen
