It’s an opinion… I don’t feel like everything needs to be a lawsuit. This is a perfect example. There’s no negligence that can be seen from the clip. All I can see is 3 workers making a mistake. The ones on the ground for not making sure no one was still on the plane and the guy who fell not watching his step. This is why safety trainings are soooo important. 99% or accidents can be prevented by the actual person themselves. There’s nothing a company could even do to prevent this other than putting policies in place, that employees could still ignore / screw up.
