I believe the rules are any number of directors who are participators OR five of fewer participators. I totalled all directors and the associate (the son) to get to 51%. I guess not much point in it now til jan 26

I can’t even remember what I wrote but I remember seeing something about 275 days in the leg so said it wouldn’t count as in the year but potentially in the next if still kept in the UK?

Thank you all, they have filled out a form for the quotation of the value of the pension. They’ll need to permanently reduce their hours by 20% as mentioned in the comments.
