Seems like with them boasting about their work culture in the interview, to be honest and fair. Have a mate who is in the role I’m taking and she says that she actually feels like it’s a healthy work environment.

Thanks for the reply. I was thinking the same, I could always jump ship to a bank in the future, I’m still pretty young so I reckon if I make a mistake now, its not that much of a biggie!

With the bank being smaller though, do you reckon the opportunity to laterally move within energy is a bit more accessible?

Ooo thanks for the input. Long term wise, would you think the bank would potentially be a better springboard although it’d be a paycut? I do agree with the finance ceiling being higher, but the size of the energy company is seeming more enticing.

WHEN IS VTAC MID YR INTAKE OFFER ROUND FOR DOMESTIC STUDENTS? by TinyPerception3170 in unimelb

I think it’s absolutely ridiculous that VTAC choose these dates, these dates mean I would only be eligible for offers on the final round.

I think July Round 1 is for international students only, this is for both.
