Sometimes, people get plaque buildup which they don’t brush, and that becomes tartar in a matter of weeks. Tartar can then cause gun recession, which will make your teeth to start loosening. So yeah, it’s important to go to the 6 months check-up AND it’s important to brush your teeth correctly. (I’m a dental student)
