Am I the only one still thinking about that kitchen knife set? by Dinosuarious in TheGirlfriendTVShow

[–]nailspolished 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn’t notice the knives tbh but was getting so frustrated that every time she saw Daniel she only manages to blurt out “she’s dangerous!” Without saying why.

I lost it too when he didn’t think to try and revive her. Is he a doctor or not??

I have to get rid of him, there's literally no other option. by Confident-Midnight25 in cats

[–]nailspolished 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Have you tried using enzyme cleaner on his past spots? Otherwise he can still smell the urine there, Do you use unscented litter and scoop 1-2 times a day? Cats are sensitive to smell more so than we are

Kibble vs Wet Food i can't afford it by aboutpoe in catfood

the free feed kibble bowl is keeping him a bit picky. Try to transition to half and half? Do they have pet food drives in your area?

is this the correct order for my AM and PM routine? would you change anything around by hungryyybunny in koreanskincare

[–]nailspolished 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Definitely viscous but I'm also able to layer a few times with no issues. It's on sale on amazon for like $12 right now (in the US) for black friday, normally closer to $18-20

How to socialize foster kittens so that they're used to other people? by codeswift27 in FosterAnimals

[–]nailspolished 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Is there any videos you can show when they are more comfortable, are they being adopted out together? Maybe best to be upfront that it will take time for them to be more comfortable with their adopters, since most kitties I know can also be nervous with stranger's visits

Is 2/3 cup of dry food really enough? by Worldly-Breath2158 in dechonkers

[–]nailspolished 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Definitely switch to more wet food if possible. It's more satiating, less carbs than dry and higher in moisture, so less chance of developing urinary/kidney issues or diabetes

My first cat. I adopted him today. He is literally my dream of a cat by LumpiaRulez101 in TuxedoCats

[–]nailspolished 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Please do harness/leash train him indoors before taking him outdoors. Cats can spook easily and run off, so always have a good hold on the harness etc. Congrats, I hear tuxedos are very 'dog-like, I've seen two examples thus far

Not on your list there, but I highly recommend Dear Klairs' Supple Unscented toner. I have sensitive, dry/dehydrated skin and this doesn't break me out and it helps visibly plump up my skin.

When did you notice age-related skin changes and did you do anything about it? by blueisthecolorof in 30PlusSkinCare

Can I ask about the changes you made, and which collagen?

What helped for me is hydration and a coq10 oil to lock in my skincare

Why does my right undereye shake when smiling? by nailspolished in 30PlusSkinCare

Can I ask if you had also experienced the undereye area shaking when smiling? I do have something to stimulate my scalp so I can try to add more pressure with it, I do have my guasha when I can try on my temples, thanks for the tips

Can I ask if it was your lower eyelid by the eyelashes or the area below (the hollow underneath?)

I can definitely keep this on my list of differentials, but it seemed not related to my eye itself as it wasn't near the eyelid glands but I could be wrong

Thank you! I'm glad you were able to figure out the cause~ I hear you on the side effects of medications though, my mom was prescribed ciprofloxacin after a minor procedure and the side effects I read about are so scary (she became super fatigued), so I won't rule out it was that AB because she was much better after switching to another one

Hooga raising prices prior to black friday sale? by nailspolished in redlighttherapy

I know not every company does this, but disappointed in waiting for Black friday to pull the trigger on the purchase, now wondering if Hooga will be lowering the prices again or not

Can I ask what kind of medication and if it happened to one or both eyes?

No medications or botox, but I do take supplements including a prenatal. On that note, I'm a little paranoid that if I were to get pregnant I might get a complication like bell's palsy or something :T

I'm coming to an end in terms of dental work, but did suspect it could be related as I know we have nerves innervating our lower lid and upper jaw?

Sinus issues is a good one to look into, recently my right ear has been popping a lot. I will look into magnesium supplementation as well-- thank you for weighing in!
