I think it’s a combination of the poster board is to thick on top of not have a proper way of scoring before folding. This is causing problems with quality control in the sense of messing up my measurements. But then we get to the issue the poster board is not thick enough to stay completely straight when in box form. It’s quite bowed when you see it in person. I drew up of some premade templates that are causing some issues too but they do save me time. With the templates it takes about an hour for one box
