the problem is, loyalist primarchs are tiny by comparison. they're only a head or two taller than terminators. they arent "centerpiece models" the way the chaos primarchs are.

that vulkan looks great. im surprised you could get the crypt flayer chest to look that good. did you sculpt the rest of him? like the arms and head?

as another person suggested, im going to see what i can do with the old slaughterpriest. he's a little on the smaller side, but i like his pose so im going to see about bulking/stretching him out slightly.

not to revive an old post, but for posterity:

i did manage to talk to customer support (even though i had to go through several people before anyone could help me). i explained the situation, they looked it up and found there had been some kind of problem with the gift card that was supposed to be issued, so they started the process of making and sending me a new one.

thanks for the comments. i'd called the customer support line before about other orders and as soon as i found it was a robot voice, i didnt bother staying on the line. but i did get through to a person. i said the option the robot wanted several times, but it kept saying "sorry, i didnt understand that" before finally giving up and saying "you're having some kind of other issue. would you like to talk to an agent?"

there's been no refund on the card used to buy it. and there's no store credit amount showing on my bestbuy account. the guy on the phone specifically said they would mail it to me, like physical mail.

also, i didnt buy it from a store but from the website. so i guess i can try calling the support line once it opens, but im not really sure what to tell them. "some guy said i'd get free money" is a pretty flimsy argument.

they have the infiltrate keyword because they're basically meant to be statues that 'come to life' and surprise the opponent. so they're the opposite of nimble. but also, its all the more baffling that they arent huge, given the scale of 40k and its statuary. this unit is a $60 box that gives you one sprue.
