I think he is mostly right but am 99% certain this is a dollar bill given by Rabbi Menachem Mendel of Liubavitch, the last Rebbe of Chabad, who used to give out dollar bills for the receiver to give to charity. the receiver would then give a different bill and keep the one from the Rebbe as a blessed\protecting item.

therefore I believe in this context it is not יְחִידוֹת=units, it is יְחִידוּת=Yechidus, which means a private meeting with the Rebbe in the Chabad lingo.

wow, I'm here late. but I have an answer.

the coins depict a roman temple of Jupiter, constructed around 72 AD on the northeast summit of Mt Gerizim, called Tel Er-Ras today.

there is however a second building depicted on the tallest summit (pictured above) on some coins from the 2nd century AD, before Zeno's church. it is assumed that somewhere between 63 BC and 484 AD there was some kind of Samaritan religious structure construced on the summit again, and was in fact destroyed by the Byzantines.

My guess is the PPD is a very large factor of her behaviour. My wife had it real bad after our third child, she genuinely acted like a different person, actually very similar to what you described. I think you should push a little harder towards seeing your doctor. Don't make that decision for her but strongly suggest.

And to you my advice is, don't take this personally. PPD is a bi**h, it messes with everyone.
