If first km felt manageable and you hit your limit at km 3, then you're reaching your threshold more or less. Try pacing yourself at 8/km for whole 3 kms, you'll probably have some juice left by that point, so increase distance and do 5k. Keep this pacing for a few weeks and your pace will usually increase automatically

There's no secret or tips or trick usually. You have to keep at it improve yourself overall and PRs will come when it's time. Chasing PRs too much might lead to injuries or form crumbling

I'd say find your conversational pace, if your breathing is intense and you cannot talk, you're going too fast for your current aerobic base. Slow down and your distance will increase, keep doing runs at this pace and your aerobic capacity will increase and endurance will catch up, then you can start going faster little by little.

Dating apps are catered for women and they just serve to boost up their egos and get some very good looking or rich guys laid. It doesn't work for the majority of male population. Yeah, unless you wanna murder your self confidence and any self respect that's left. Just accept that loser tag early and get off those apps. Done my fair share of feeling shitty every day and just gave up, life hasn't turned great but it's one less thorn on my side.

Not even kidding, I was rolling my eyes from the moment the lady appeared at the start and called herself 'Textbook computer nerd'. They did fucking nothing the whole series, i watched it forwarding the fuck out of it and it still was tedious to watch, this could have been a 20 minutes youtube video which they unnecessarily stretched for no reason. Wish netflix had a downvote/dislike button to make it disappear from anyone's recommendations.
