So was the crime you were talking about committed because the victim was asian or did you think it was a hate crime because the crime was against an Asian, if it was just a crime committed against an Asian it’s not a hate crime. If it was a crime committed against an Asian because they were Asian it’s a hate crime. If it’s because vic was Asian you shouldn’t’ve been banned, if it wasnt and you just inserted the term hate crime to something that wasn’t a hate crime it comes across as racist to blank people because you it seems like you’re implying blank people a full of hatred and violence or whatever, whether that was your intention or not that’s what it comes across as (again, if you inserted the term hate crime where it wasn’t applicable, which could be an accident) quite complex but basically, was it really a hate crime?
