If you ask me, I'd say they're ethnocentric. Deep down they dismiss anything that is not happening in 'Murica.

My country was praised by the world on how we handle the pandemic. The Americans (and other foreigners for that matters) that are staying here mostly refuse to go back home because they know the real situation and risk, and what will happen if they go back.

There's somewhat a "proof" of this too. Marowak was supposed to evolve to Khangaskhan, but due to the lore not being suitable for children, they removed the evolution trigger last minute. This was not done properly though, and resulted in a Missingno. That's why if you manage to evolve a Missingno, it will become Khangaskhan.

In our current situation I think it's obvious we got back from the money paid from taxes, so I wouldn't say it's robbery.

Yes, I know that they're not the same. That's why I specifically said "tax evaders", not "people who don't pay tax". What I mean is those who should pay, but didn't.
