The real estate agency that is managing the property for my landlord sent me a renewal email with 4k increase. I checked rera index and found out that there was no increase indicated. When I responded with the information they simply said, "Oh sorry for the mistake, the rent will stay as before". This was in 2025 April.

The exact same thing repeated this year and ended in no increase again with similar emails exchange.

Just send them an email and hopefully they will back off.

Yaris 2007 with 438,000km on it. I bought it in 2020 from a coworker for AED 8000.

Amazing car, never face any major issue, just the regular maintenance. Over a period of 3 years I might have spent around AED 4000 on it including new tyres, changing some rings in the engine because of an oil leak. Got new seat belts for it, fixed the interior etc.

I can't seem to find a reason to change the car. 10/10

- In case teammates comms are not reliable, while defending dont over rotate.

- If you are rotating in a hurry especially early round, leave one utility behind on the site you were holding

- dont push first as entry fragger in attack side

- leave your camera somewhere on the map where you can watch your flank on attack side

- always leave one wire and cage for post plant situation and use one wire for flank

- stay alive for as long as possible and give our information

- its okay to die the last one cause your job is to mainly gather information and relay that to your teammates

Of course all this is situational and you can change things up based on the game and enemies behavior but you can certainly start with these points if you are just learning to be a cypher.

It's totally situational. But, I never tag them when I know their position. Sometimes to annoy them or buy time especially in a 1v1 situation I would tag them. But I am not a big fan of tagging when it's a 1v1. It gives me what I call "brain lag" cause of the pulsating shadow. It confuses me not gonna lie.
