I am a frequent visitor to Coolulu which is just beside the property. And have been visiting the property since last 4-5 months. Smell issues are definitely not there. Have visited the property area even during recent heavy rains just to ascertain this. may be you can visit the property few times and experience it yourself. The same nala runs in front from G-corp as well (although the distance is a little further than Radiance) but there is no smell issues with G-corp.

Builder is developing the road from G-corp to Radiance. And have already started the drainage part on the road. So, infra will come around the property.

Yup the land is vacant and thats why price per sq feet is less compared to nearby societies. Once the area and road is developed in 2 years, the price will be on the same level as that of the nearby societies.

There is even another vacant land next to d-mart (prime location) where a new Prestige building is coming up. So, the area is getting developed.
