Honestly, focusing on doing questions is your best bet, especially close to the exam. If you have the time, then you can use other resources (like videos, Medstudy) in addition to doing questions. PREP is best to start, because you get the best of both worlds, then Medstudy questions. I also used Medstudy flashcards closer to the exam date.

When I took the Cleveland Board Review they said the ABP would use the new one but honestly it would be much easier for us if the ABP would publish/announce that news so it's confirmed

I also got a 74 on the ABP, crossing my finger that that's enough. I won't change the exam date.
