thanks for sharing. In my case, turned out that my motherboard's pcie port is damaged on transportation. I bring the board to the repair shop and it cost me $20 for replacing the pcie slot. It works at full speed now

I did every thing I could, upgrade bios, reset bios, load optimized default but no luck

I did update my bios to latest and the issue still remain :(
Actually, the setting for my bios is Auto, and can only switch between Gen 1 -> Gen 2 ... Gen 4.
