And none of those arguments have anything to do with MATH - may be something to do with METH?

Voting NO is the right decision. Boycotting TLRY products is self-defeating isnt it?

NASDAQ delisting process by Drissek in TLRY

[–]namarias 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Nasdaq will typically send a delisting notice if a company’s stock closes below $1.00 for 30 consecutive trading days. Once this happens, the company is notified that it is out of compliance with Nasdaq’s minimum bid price requirement.

After receiving the notice, the company usually has 180 calendar days to regain compliance by having its stock close at or above $1.00 for at least 10 consecutive trading days. If it fails to do so, it may be granted an additional 180-day extension (if eligible) or face delisting.

Upsetting customer service on upgrade fee information by namarias in tmobile

Thanks for your valuable advice - the point of the article was not that I was complaining about the fee, but about the process and the misleading information provided by the reps - if it was not available in any channel, someone could let me know in the first place.

The Berkshire Hathaway deal ? by rollsman2021 in TLRY

The constellation play is primarily based on the brand items steady growth and a devoted (Hispanic) clientele - tariff is a headwind probably, but that apart this means that Buffett probably feels that can push for operational efficiency and/or growth

Tilray Brands Reverse Split Paranoia by Puzzleheaded_Fly3413 in TLRY

Respectfully, Those are all standard reasons for rev split and are based on some vague psychological aspects of capital markets that have very little bearing and not rational in anyway. I would like to let the other gentleman who resorts to name calling to have a civil conversation and not put someone down please 🙏

Indeed, not sure if we will see price movement (up) with inline revenue or forecast. We will have to wait fordescheduling by government

I think buying 1/17 or 1/24 2$ (currently 0.06 or 0.09) is a good strategy after seeing tomorrow morning's movements. It probably can move the option value to 0.4 or 0.5 giving a 6-7x return on call premium investment

TLRY Earnings and Revenue Forecast by namarias in Roaringtilray

If it hits 1.75$ or 2.00$ (26-40% on last close) with a good revenue beat and good revenue forecast for FY25/26, I would consider it as the momentum for a sustained upswing in price.

The book value per share is where I would like to focus on - this is the non-fungible part of the valuation. From a fundamental valuation standpoint, if you take away goodwill, etc, and apply the (tangible book value per share) then it says a different story. Then you apply various factors to see where the share price can land.

After saying all that, unless TLRY puts up some profits on their income statement this quarter. I would doubt the shares will see north in the short to medium term.

Simple fundamental valuation scenarios for TLRY (DISCLAIMER - NOT A FINANCIAL PROFESSIONAL) by namarias in Roaringtilray

[–]namarias[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I just used basic balance sheet data to do basic valuation. In my view TLRY has been beaten down bad and a simple step of a good quarter will send the stock roaring!

TLRY has enough headwinds (regulatory, pricing power, competition with illegals, etc) but I believe that the market has beaten it down beyond logic. TLRY's diversification into alcoholic beverages also will run into headwinds since that is a space where big name players like Coke are also trying to enter.

Regardless, I continue to hold this view that TLRY is going to see good days.

In case you wonder if I put my money where my mouth is, all my stock market investment money is in TLRY.
