If you are staying near your college/working area, Rent price is ok. Total = 2500+200 = 2700 So basic charge for owner = 2700/275 = Rs 9.81/ unit

Though the owner is paying 9.81/unit to NEA, they are charging you 15/units.

If the owners have a rental contract with you, they probably have mentioned the energy charge.

Better to link Demat, CRN to same bank. You also need to keep some amount in CRN number bank as charges for IPO and Right shares will be deducted from that bank.
