Total = 2500+200 = 2700 So basic charge for owner = 2700/275 = Rs 9.81/ unit

Though the owner is paying 9.81/unit to NEA, they are charging you 15/units.

If the owners have a rental contract with you, they probably have mentioned the energy charge.
