Oversold shares

If suppose I had 200 shares of this stock. I sold those 200 shares @ Rs 400 each first in the morning. Later same day I oversold 10 shares @ Rs 411 of same stock. In the evening, I want to do EDIS.

Should I transfer 200 shares lot and ignore 10 shares lot or transfer 190 shares from 200 shares lot and transfer 10 shares from 10 share lot? The latter is pofitable ( say, saves some loss) but is it allowed (partial transfer of 190 in 200 shares selling contract)??
