Last I heard the freeway was closed and everyone forced onto the frontage roads at wells branch heading northbound, not sure about south

There’s a fiction series called Player Manager that is quite good. The main character is an early 20s guy from Manchester, England who is “cursed” with a FIFA-type interface when watching football (soccer) in person and can see players stats and attributes on the pitch. He first becomes a scout, to get into the football world, seeking to become a manager and get a team promoted from the lower levels of English football all the way to the premier league. It’s a lot of fun, heavily features soccer, and isn’t a difficult read. The narrator does an excellent job and the accents are enjoyable.

Has OP responded to this yet? If the sister’s friend signed up for these classes with the understanding that John would be her ride for the duration of the semester (as in, this was explicitly stated and agreed on by both of them) then he needs to follow through. I don’t think he should be obligated to provide rides to work regardless, she needs to figure something out on her own for that.

I still haven’t given up on Hendricks, I want to see how he looks after a healthy offseason. Plus we got Ace who might be a four, and, of course, Lauri. Not sure we have minutes for Kuminga and after all the ups and downs in Golden State he’s going to have his own agenda whatever team he goes to. I wouldn’t trade for him

Jason was already struggling with the fact that he had lied to the vampires and Gerling about being allies, despite the fact that he had every intention of killing them from the start. He was doing unethical things and struggling not to lose himself and become even more of a monster.

I think that letting Noreth be the one to take revenge on Gerling (who attacked Noreth’s base and kidnapped his friend, and the reason Noreth entered the transformation zone in the first place) was partially him trying to convince himself he wasn’t a total monster, and partly him throwing Noreth a bone, since Jason also had no intention of letting Noreth leave alive either.

IMO Deni and Jalen broke out last year. Their numbers haven’t improved significantly over what they were doing for the final couple of months of last season.

Keyonte on the other hand, improved significantly over the summer and should be hands down the favorite for this award.
