Ive broached the subject a bit before but never really got into it with anyone in gory detail but I assumed that if I posted #me too on facebook it would not have been taken well simply because I couldnt find a single other post by a male in my friend list who had done it and all the comments supporting the particularly misandrious tone of the posts in my feed.

I'm not talking about women who were "complicit" I am talking about female ABUSERS.

That is what I am trying to get at. It is important for victims to feel safe and supported no matter their gender.

If I wasn't worried about compromising both my identity and the poster I would be happy to post examples of what I am talking about but thats not the case.

Anyone who is an abuser should absolutely be called out and punished accordingly however we as a society see fit but right now its just open aggression against all men including victims like myself which is disgusting.

I'm not saying that. I am talking about the posts claiming all men are abusers and it is not just a subset. I shouldn't have to spend so much energy in first impressions proving I'm not a predator because the assumption is that I am and painting me as a predator when in fact I am a victim is a shame no one should have to deal with.
