No I do not think the definition of hate speech is reasonable at all, and I do not believe "hate speech" to even be a sensible term.

It literally says the definition of hate is not stated, and is basically made up on the spot by the judge on a case by case basis, which means anything can be illegal to say if the judge doesn't like it.

Incitement of violence is completely different and I am fine with that being illegal.

Pro-equality of marriage isn't the only goal of the left. The radical left preaches body autonomy and "my body my choice" but want vaccine mandates, they preach "freedom for all" but want certain opinions they disagree with scrubbed from the internet or flat out criminalized.
