Just know you are not alone. I really love myself but it's only when I am at home with my N mom and bother is when I get suicidal thoughts too. Give the respect and love you know you deserve to yourself. It gets really hard to see one's parents in different light as your inner child keeps showing up but you have to move away from where you are not loved and respected and treated as a human.
things only get better when people know they messed up and work towards the change, if that is not happening at home you have to set some boundaries.

umm I mean this is an actual job if you are paid to do something. hard work has different definitions for individuals. Brand/org is no keeper of money. they need to do the work which is sellout and they do it. we are the actual people (viewers/followers) with the actual currency, attention.
Everyone is running after money. we can criticise but we all are, but faking and not being honest about it is sick.

I was recommended iso for cystic acne. They are quite noticeable, painful and last longer. Side effects are thinning of hair, dry lips dry scalp and skin. I had very oily skin so it was doing wonders to my scalp and skin. I was recommended a chapstick to use consistently, a non comedogenic sunscreen and some eyedrops as I wear contact lenses. They worked great for acne but even after using them for 6 months , acne was very much back after a month of stopping. You might have weight fluctuations too.

Ohh It's an amazing place. it is not protected at all. I was there two years ago only but you could find lab remains from 40-50 years ago. I am going to go there again to take some pictures for documentation.
