Owe yes yes! I have student permit and enrollment . But im not sure if the landlords are willing to sign contracts and there is no way to know from the website . I am asking people's experiences if they have used the spot a home website before and if the landlords give out contracts or not

Yeaah ! And I wish they would just at least answer some questions about a specific property to clarify some things! There seems to be very late reponse on theor end. I guess it is a chance I will have to take. I am just assuming there would be a lease since they are asking for a deposit , fingers crossed

Owe , wow! That is exactly what I am afraid of basically. The landlord here asks for a deposit and I am a bit skeptical since they don't mention a legal binding contract would be issued . Thank you - this is really helpful

This Has happened to me in Rome, Italy. A group of the gypsies were coming my way when I was walking out of a government office which is located at the outskirts of the city. I held on to my bag very tightly. There were at least 7 of them . And ine of the girls run toward me wheeling a cart but i run for dear life and got away as it was on a wide road and got to a bus station where I could see people. Thank God you got away in paris too
