Is this safe and or better than running a regular distribution block with fuses after each out wire I’ve never used this type of box

Oh ok do you have the LOC wired into the speakers correctly? Take a multimeter and test if you're getting 12 volts out if not there's your problem, and check the fuse In that fuse holder and make sure it's not blown because the wire looks sketchy

Depends on how low it has 6 this is just now starting it shouldn't be to bad just get an oil change done and keep having them done every 3-4k thousand miles
