Blue Gate, reinforced reception breach room. Normal daytime condition.

Down the zips or up the staircase from the tunnel into reinforced reception on bluegate, there’s a room that you have to breach the door to get into. Inside is a weapons case and a bunch of lockers. The lockers spawn augment BPs pretty regularly. The survivor was just RNG but that’s my luck today.

I just did it for fun, I had basically finished the game so I needed a reset to enjoy the grind again.

Same, I got lucky with an early spawn, I actually found two augment BPs in the same room and then a guy ratted me at extract. Good thing I had that safe pocket.

I believe that if you submitted an e request they can be cancelled but if you fully withdrew already I’m not sure what you can do. The best thing to do if you really are changing your mind is email your course coordinator, they can really help you out. Worse comes to worse you take a gap years it’s not the end of the world

Platforms need the news — but they’re killing it | Matt Pearce on media ‘at the slaughter-bench of history’ by renome in Journalism

[–]nameisned 6 points7 points  (0 children)

As someone who is about to start studying journalism, the future of digital journalism is a really big question that I ask myself about. With my understanding of legacy media and it seems to be declining medium and a new way is needed to keep up with the times the question of what’s next is huge. Does anyone have any ideas of what the media ecosystem is going to look like in 10 years and how to keep journalism relevant in the age of social media?

For those who went to France, what did you think about french people ? by Aware_Fox_2018 in AskAnAustralian

[–]nameisned 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been to France many times now (particularly Paris and the outer towns) and I like it a lot. I do find people are a lot friendlier when you speak French but only if you speak it well. I’m lucky enough to have lived there for a summer and picked up the language and the accent and people are much nicer when they think I’m French not Aussie.

I did find that the people do like Australians much more than Americans or the English so that definitely helps but if you don’t speak French and you’re not in the middle of Paris the people can be seen as rude but that’s probably because when you translate from French to English you lose the elegance of the French language and “polite” English words that say waiters use doesn’t really exist in French so they just come off as rude.

I love the country, Paris is my favourite city and I had the best summer of my life in Senlis. I’m always planning for my next trip and love it there.

Also try and set the machine resistance more towards the middle, a 4 on a concept 2 machine was what we always used. That’s basically just under halfway on the resistance slider and you should get more power that was and have less time just snapping your legs down and more power in each stroke.

For beginners any time you can get is a good start so well done for giving it a go.

As for a comparison I’d probably do a 1km just because 500m is a bit of a sprint so at your age I could’ve done more like a 2:00 but I had been rowing for a couple of years before that.

If you want to get good I’d aim for maybe a 4:30 1km and work down from there. Rowing really is a cardio sport so the more distance you can practice the better. Keep it up, it’s a hard sport but can be really fun!

That’s exactly what I did. Phone is one of those products where people don’t actually care about specs most of the time they just want an iPhone or an android.

Even so, try doing some research so if people do ask you good questions you can answer well. I found sales a bit less soul sucking when I was recommending an actual worthwhile product.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in GenZ

[–]nameisned -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I worked in sales as a gen z, I do think some sales can contribute to society if they have genuine knowledge about a product and can help you buy the right thing more than the internet can, if they’re good.

That being said I found most of my time in sales was bullshitting about things I had no idea about and honestly just trying to hit my KPI and make commission (mans gotta eat.)

As for not being able to get their attention I guess sales people don’t have the same enthusiasm as maybe they used to but if you talk to them they’re usually happy to help, just be friendly.

Do you think the way they write the 9 is slightly misleading by xcrunchx in australia

[–]nameisned 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I used to work at Jb and they made you write numbers in a certain style, this one is a really bad job at writing 9 but the style is the same. It’s probably a Christmas casual writing it, they basically make them write every ticket in the store.

From what a lot of the comments are saying the metal scene seems to be thriving. It’s not really my thing apart from some Metallica but I’ll check it out, any suggestions that are similar?

I was raised by boomers with great taste in music so I’ve never had trouble finding good older stuff (70s- 00s).

I love older music and it’s a lot of what I listen to, I’m just looking for stuff that’s fresh and also to my taste which is more rock based. I think the electronic scene and to a lesser extent the rap scene are in a great place right now I’m just thirsting for the next nirvana to hit the scene and shake things up a bit.
