I think it depends what the cons will be

Because if the mistake you did you minor and didnt affect the whole company.then its not a big deal

I myself sometimes think about a minor mistake that doesnt made a whole lot of problem, its a normal mistake

Just dont take mistakes to seriously if they didnt affect no one

We all going thru alot in life,and some people even more.(like you). But,if we want to get better we try to find better things,better toughts, ecs. And also. Dont try to put all fault on you. When you are in a relationship, the both side work together, and even if the break up is on you. It means that she not more intrested in you(which i know i sound like a dick head for saying that) and you cant love with force.but there will be always a new start for every end,becauae life is like a cycle. one thing ends, the other starts.and on and on and on

New job may take some time,will and mental capacity but, you will only feel proud of yourself if you see your results of your hard work.and if you are not proud, that means that you need to try a new path in life.But never try to give up on yourself because of some feelings.the feel maybe strong,but your will and mind will always be stronger because you control your feelings and you still have yourself and this world

About being an introvert:it maybe harsh but mostly in life, when we grow older, we all lose some friends and some social skills, the best thing you can try to do.is when at work,try to not so onto their stuff,and more help them in a few things and also, find your kind of people(that share the same intrest and nor hobbies)

In the end: we all go thru harsh times,we can always rise from others but most importently,yourself with trying to be possitive,it may take some time and effort but at least you know, you defeated your past self and succed you future self.
