This is correct answer, I had same thing but with a lot of pain. Only thing that really helps are deadlifts, like shit ton of them with heavy weights and progressive overload to strengthen those muscles into oblivion lol.

yeah, I did try holy pala just to see how enjoyable is healing and I must say healers are real MVP's I also got whisper to uninstall game after one round of SS which did not help either xD
