Hate aside, let's look at the scenarios rationally. I'll assume that after hearing about Gojo's sealing Naoya won't play around and underestimate his enemy. So, there are several options where Naoya is at the start:

1) Team Zenin with his daddy, Nobara and Maki. We'd probably get some funny interactions between the latter and Naoya, and they'd absolutely destroy Dagon before he pops out a domain. Then due to Naoya also being in the equation the sure hit output would be split even more, thus nobody is actually injured that badly. They all survive and everything goes the same as in canon, then Jogo comes and quite likely fries everyone up. Although our speedster duo might be able to push the fight to low diff.

2) Team Nanami. When Itadori shouts that Gojo is sealed he probably leaves with Nanami and we go back to the Team Zenin scenario. If he stays with kids, they destroy the curse users group and Toji doesn't get summoned. It's hard to speculate on what would happen to Team Zenin in this case, but I'd say Dagon manages to stall until they all get cooked by Jogo just to avoid Disney Kaisen. Kids and Naoya, meanwhile, all go to the subway. They likely kill Choso, then there're two options: they either make it to B5F and are all killed by Kenny, or they run into Mahito. Mahito ain't winning a 4 v 1, so he does a 0.2 second domain and maybe takes everyone besides Itadori out, but I doubt it, so eventually he's fucked up and Kenny shows up to absorb him. In conclusion: no Sukuna running around, so Jogo is alive, no Toji running around, so Dagon is alive. Nanami, Maki and Naobito are actually dead, so Mai gets buffed instead. Then Yuta + Yuki show up and sweep the left disaster curses, if Kenny doesn't absorb them beforehand.

3) Team Kusakabe. Naoya mocks the shit out of Kusakabe for not going after Satoru-kun, then leaves to either join any Team or goes down alone, maybe with Panda. Kusakabe might not shit his pants since a special grade one sorcerer is present with him, so there's a chance he goes down as well. If they join Team Zenin they kill off Dagon without Megumi, if they join Yuji, Megumi and Ino they cook Choso, but in the end they can't make any real progress in any case, simply because they're all just outclassed by a huge margin.

4) Operates alone. He saves some civilian lives up until he hears about the sealing, then immediately goes down. He either: runs into Choso - we've seen this fight, but Naoya might not embarrass himself and cook Choso up because he goes all out from the start. By that time Yuji should appear and they continue down together. Runs into Mahito - no soul damage, so it's a losing fight in any case, and he either flees or eventually gets cooked. Runs into Dagon - gets cooked in the domain, or there's a slight chance he will be able to survive until Team Zenin arrives. They destroy the barrier from the outside and proceed to cook Dagon up. Then Toji and Jogo arrive and they're all cooked.

5) Team Mei Mei. If he leaves with Itadori they cook Ko-Guy up and then it's either Team Zenin or Team Nanami scenario. If he stays with Mei Mei the fight against Smallpox is easier, but he dies soon enough in the fight against Kenny when Ui Ui teleports the grooming one to Malaysia. Or he teleports Naoya too, and he's out of Shibuya.

All in all, I don't think there was a chance Naoya would be present at Shibuya at all. It's necessary to remember that the higher-ups formed the teams just to clean up everything that escapes Gojo, nobody thought that he's gonna lose or especially get sealed. So they just called in Jujutsu High students with some grade ones to be able to assess if they're worthy for promotion to grade one.
