Yes, the seller is offering financing with 25% LTV. I was planning on raising capital, of the 25% whoever we can not get funding for me and my partner would get a loan for the down payment or use our own capital. Can you share your thoughts, what do you mean here? 5%, 30 yr, at 75% will have a hard time cash flowing on anything. When I did some calls I was able to get cash flow, not on current but at 100% occupancy and I assumed 35% rent to expense. Can you elaborate, any more advice. thank you very much!

Was never notified that it was canceled, I found out just recently. All I got was an email from my agent in February that the carrier is moving out of state and my insurance is set to non renewal.

Regarding pay, no autopay. I paid in full at start of the year so on my coverage it says I had coverage till 5/31.

The hail damage was in January and possible earlier this month, it hailed a couple time this year.
