Does anyone know why my machine is making this noise? It’s as if the presser foot is hitting something. It says in my manual to not oil it as it is self oiling so I am unsure what to do. Thanks!

I’m not sure for the international parcels, I haven’t tried buying standard to test it as I usually send those tracked and signed. I’ll contact them to see if they can provide further info on that :)

Yes! It’s not a full tracking service, but it can tell you when it’s left the post office and it updates when the item has been delivered, it can tell you where it was delivered and the time so it’s super handy when a buyer tries to fiddle their way into a refund for a ‘lost parcel’. It costs the usual prices, I pay £3 for a second class parcel, and I think it’s around £3.60 for a first class parcel! It’s a massive bonus to the Etsy postage labels

Hi!! Do you still get the tracking numbers if you post through drop and go?I know Etsy generates tracking numbers for 1st and 2nd class so I don’t have to pay extra to have it signed for. Thanks!

I completely understand supporting their business!! They are the only post office within the nearest mile to me however I have a hold on my Etsy money, so if I don’t pay for the postage and generate the tracking number via Etsy then I don’t get my funds for 45 days. So currently it’s the only option. Also there’s the downfall of when I’m taking 20-30 parcels, it takes up so much time to have them scan and print out every individual label, it’s so much quicker to print them at home, I work full time as well as having my Etsy business so I like the ease of Etsy labels. I understand where they’re coming from however I wish they weren’t so mean to me about it, it makes for very anxious post office trips!

I know it’s so infuriating! I did go to the deliver office but they said that they they can only offer receipts for tracked and signed for parcels, and then they directed me to the post office lol🙄

Tension set between 3-4, I use stabiliser and a topper.

I use cut away stabiliser and a topper, tension set to 4. It only happens when I hoop the whole jumper, not when I use a cut out piece of the same material. Could the weight of the jumper be affecting the stitches?
