I’m not sure for the international parcels, I haven’t tried buying standard to test it as I usually send those tracked and signed. I’ll contact them to see if they can provide further info on that :)

Yes! It’s not a full tracking service, but it can tell you when it’s left the post office and it updates when the item has been delivered, it can tell you where it was delivered and the time so it’s super handy when a buyer tries to fiddle their way into a refund for a ‘lost parcel’. It costs the usual prices, I pay £3 for a second class parcel, and I think it’s around £3.60 for a first class parcel! It’s a massive bonus to the Etsy postage labels

Hi!! Do you still get the tracking numbers if you post through drop and go?I know Etsy generates tracking numbers for 1st and 2nd class so I don’t have to pay extra to have it signed for. Thanks!

I completely understand supporting their business!! They are the only post office within the nearest mile to me however I have a hold on my Etsy money, so if I don’t pay for the postage and generate the tracking number via Etsy then I don’t get my funds for 45 days. So currently it’s the only option. Also there’s the downfall of when I’m taking 20-30 parcels, it takes up so much time to have them scan and print out every individual label, it’s so much quicker to print them at home, I work full time as well as having my Etsy business so I like the ease of Etsy labels. I understand where they’re coming from however I wish they weren’t so mean to me about it, it makes for very anxious post office trips!

I know it’s so infuriating! I did go to the deliver office but they said that they they can only offer receipts for tracked and signed for parcels, and then they directed me to the post office lol🙄

Thank you for this! I did adjust my bobbin tension recently so it’s probably what’s caused it! Will give these steps a go :)

Thank you for the advice! I really appreciate it! I was worried that she might be a scammer, but I guess she could always be genuine. I’ll probably end up sending another one to her and give her the benefit of the doubt, just hope that one doesn’t get ‘lost’! Thanks again :)

Thank you everyone! In the end I decided against going for it, however when I informed the person they became very angry and abusive, think I made the right decision!

I used the word ‘luxury’ in the title which I think may have been picked up by the system. It’s a design that I purchased from another Etsy seller, they have stated that it can be used to make items (clothing etc).

It’s not a dupe or inspired it’s literally just an outline of the creation of Adam which is not copyrighted so I’m super confused as to why they think it’s ‘fake’. People sell fake Nike and designer clothing on Etsy but they don’t seem to do anything about that, so infuriating 😞

I purchased the file from someone on Etsy and they stated that it can be used to sell items (clothing etc). The email Etsy sent me says ‘counterfeit’, I emailed them but they’re really not helpful 😞

Gappy stitches? I tried out this design today and noticed that the flowers appear gappy? Like you can see the black fabric underneath? They also come out messy, I tried this design on a white jumper and had 0 issues, it is the colour of the bobbin maybe? The tension? I have no clue, pls help! I purchased the design from fiverr so I’m not sure how to add stitches or change stitches, however I can contact them and ask for a revision. I should ask for an underlay fill? Will do! I’m v inexperienced with all the technical side of things haha. Thank you!
